The University of Minnesota encompases nearly 30,000 acres in the State of Minnesota, and has numerous property interests throughout the United States of America.  The Real Estate Office coordinates system-wide real estate acquisition and disposition activities.

The Real Estate Transactions Manager is the point of contact for the following matters:

    1. University acquisition of property
    2. Sale of University property (Real Estate Sales Procedure)
    3. Access Agreements for access across or evaluation of University property for the following:
      • Environmental conditions
      • Geotechnical conditions
      • Surveys
    4. Real Estate Inventory (Land Report)
    5. GIS and Mapping
